Stability Chambers (Walk in Type)
Structural Installation and Design Features
ONAT Stability Chambers are custom-designed to fit your facility's architectural and physical space characteristics, unlike standard cabinets. Using specialized 3D programs, personnel and product movements are simulated. During pre-installation design, 2D detailed and 3D visual alternatives are presented. Installation begins upon approval of the selected design.
Product Safety
Through design features:
Unlike comparable models, ONAT Stability Chambers contain no climate control or monitoring systems requiring chamber entry. All systems are located externally in a technical area designed according to installation space requirements.
This design provides:
• HVAC maintenance and consumable replacement without chamber entry
• Containment of potential contaminants, water leaks, or oil residues outside the chamber during maintenance/failures
Climate Control System
Beyond standard software security features in the automation control system, additional safety components ensure:
• Air production control
• High temperature protection
• Fan control
• Heater control
These units provide complete system protection during out-of-limit conditions.
Air Distribution System
Airflow follows near-laminar flow characteristics from ceiling to floor. To prevent air current effects on products/test materials:
• Maximum air velocity: 4 m/s
• Optimized duct cross-sections for minimal noise
Conditioned air is evenly distributed via ceiling swirl diffusers, with floor-level return grilles completing circulation.
Smart Emergency Stop Buttons
For product and personnel safety, programmable emergency stops are strategically placed (interior/exterior).
Door System
Features include:
• Touchscreen control with status display
• Prolonged-open-door alarms
• Access/exit logging
Lighting System
• Recessed LED fixtures (min. 500 lux)
• Touchscreen monitoring
• Alerts for unnecessary lighting operation
Shelving System
Constructed from 304 stainless steel, designed to:
• Optimize airflow
• Facilitate product visibility
• Maximize light reflectivity
Personnel Safety
ONAT implements unique advanced systems:
Smart Emergency Stops
During critical situations (e.g., heat distress), activation:
Immediately halts systems
Initiates emergency cooling protocols
Door System
Special features:
• Phosphorescent panic hardware
• Automated response interior emergency button

Incubation/Media Fill
Rooms
The Incubation and Media Fill rooms feature dual-mode operation capability, allowing rooms that normally operate at 20°C-25°C to be adjusted via the control panel to function at 30°C-35°C conditions.

Cold / Cool
Rooms
Cold rooms are designed to store products collected from specific locations or points, preserving them at temperatures ranging from +15°C to -25°C for a certain period before sale.
Cold Storage
Rooms
Shock Rooms
A variation of cooling systems, shock rooms differ from cold rooms in that they are used for prolonged storage and complete freezing of products beyond expected durations.
