Blast Freezer Room

A blast freezer room is different from standard cooling systems but operates on a similar principle. Unlike cold storage rooms, its primary function is to rapidly freeze products and store them for extended periods, ensuring complete freezing.

From a product safety perspective, a blast freezer room is designed to preserve products for long-term storage by ensuring deep freezing all the way to the core. The most critical aspect of blast freezer units is the airflow direction. The evaporator should not blow air directly onto the product but rather through air deflectors, which helps maintain the product's freshness. Blast freezer units are available in suspended (ceiling-mounted) and floor-mounted evaporator configurations.

Frozen Storage Room

For the long-term storage of blast-frozen products, frozen storage rooms are used. The standard temperature range for frozen storage rooms is between -18°C and -22°C, and the storage duration varies depending on the product type.

(Walk-in Type)

Structural Setup and Design Features

Stability Rooms are custom-designed to fit the architectural and physical conditions of your facility, unlike standard cabinets. Using 3D simulation software, personnel and product movements are also modeled. During the pre-installation design phase, 2D details and 3D visual alternatives are provided. Installation begins upon approval of the selected design.

Incubation/Media Fill
Rooms

The Incubation and Media Fill rooms feature dual-mode operation capability, allowing rooms that normally operate at 20°C-25°C to be adjusted via the control panel to function at 30°C-35°C conditions.
